Let’s take a look at your business
Enter your first name, your business and your email. Your website and phone number are optional. The report builds right here while you wait, and a copy lands in your inbox.
Pick it from the search box, or type it in by hand if it does not show up.
Seven areas are checked automatically. A View report button appears when it is done.
Scores and pass, warning or fail checks show what deserves a closer look first.

Here’s what you’ll actually learn
Not just a score. A clearer picture of what is working, what needs attention, and where to look first.

Where you show up. And where you don’t.
A grid of points around your business shows your Google Maps rank for a search like “roofing company near me” from each spot. Green pins are a top 3 result, orange is 4 to 9, red is 10 or lower. Below the map, the top 10 businesses for that search are listed next to yours.
Example map for one search term and one set of locations. The grid is a sampled snapshot, not every search in your area.
How your business looks online
One overall score and seven category scores: business details, tracking tools, Google Business Profile, listings, online reputation, website performance and the local ranking map. Each category expands into the specific checks behind the number.
Example scorecard. A warning flags something worth investigating, not a proven cause of lost sales.
What deserves a closer look
Pass, warning and fail checks across every category: whether your Google profile is complete, which directories have your details wrong, whether your site has conversion tracking, how fast it loads on a phone, and how many reviews you have answered.
Example findings. Review them yourself, hand them to your current marketing company, or have us help make sense of them. This is what a finished report looks like
A real report for a towing company, scrolled top to bottom. Business details are hidden and reviews are blurred, everything else is exactly what you get: the overall score, the checks in each category, page speed on mobile and desktop, and the ranking map.
Muted, loops on its own. Your report opens on this page the same way and a copy is emailed to you.Everything in the report
The report is built from your business, not a template. Here is what each section covers, shown on real sample pages.

Overall Score Breakdown
Your audit starts with a bird's-eye view of your entire online presence. We score your business across seven categories and give you an overall marketing health rating so you immediately know where you stand.
Each category is scored individually so you can see which areas are performing well and which are dragging down your visibility. A low score in any category shows you the easiest place to start, so you know what to fix first.
Categories scored: business details, tracking tools, Google Business Profile, listings, online reputation, website performance and the local ranking map.

Business Details Checklist
The business details checks cover the basics customers use to reach you: whether your phone number can receive texts, whether your website has a chat widget, what your site is hosted on, and how many of your reviews have a reply.
The Google Business Profile section then confirms your address, website, photos, hours and phone number are present and verified on your listing. Each item is marked as passing or failing so you know exactly what needs attention.
This section often turns up quick wins you can fix yourself.

Tech Stack Analysis
We scan your website to identify which marketing and analytics tools you currently have installed, and more importantly, which ones you are missing. This includes Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, Google Ads tracking, and other conversion tracking tools.
Without proper tracking, you are flying blind. You cannot optimize what you cannot measure. A missing tracking tool means you cannot tell which marketing efforts are actually driving customers, so the report flags every one it does not find.
We check for: Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tracking, Google Ads campaigns and the Meta Pixel.

Online Listings & NAP Consistency
Your business Name, Address, and Phone number (NAP) must be identical across every online directory. Even small inconsistencies like "St." vs "Street" or an old phone number on Yelp can confuse Google and weaken your local ranking signals.
We scan Google, Facebook, Yelp, Yellow Pages, MapQuest and dozens more directories. Your report shows a listings health score, which directories have correct information, which have errors, and which are missing your business entirely.
NAP inconsistencies are one of the top reasons businesses fail to rank in Google's Local Pack.

Website Performance
Google uses page speed and Core Web Vitals as direct ranking factors. If your website loads slowly on mobile, many visitors leave before it finishes loading. We test your site speed on both desktop and mobile, analyze your page health score, and identify the specific bottlenecks slowing you down.
The report covers load time on mobile and desktop, Core Web Vitals, and a page health report that counts what should be fixed, what to consider fixing, and what passed. You will see exactly how your site performs compared to Google's recommended benchmarks and what changes will have the biggest impact.
A faster site keeps more of the visitors you already worked to get.

Local SEO Heatmap
This is the section business owners love most. A map of points around your business shows where you rank on Google Maps for a search term that matters to you. Green pins mean a top 3 rank, orange means 4 to 9, and red means 10 or lower.
The heatmap reveals patterns you cannot see from a single Google search. You might rank well from your office but barely show up three miles away. Understanding your geographic ranking gaps is the first step to capturing customers in areas where your competitors currently dominate.
Includes a grid of ranking points around your business for one search term, plus the top 10 businesses for that search.
I’m Ryan, the guy behind Elevated Ideas
Before I started Elevated Ideas, I sold cars. I learned pretty quickly that getting attention only matters if it turns into a real conversation.
That is how I look at your marketing. Can people find you? Can they tell why they should choose you? Is it easy to take the next step?
This report gives you a starting point for looking at your online presence before you spend more money guessing.
Why am I giving this away?
Because starting with something useful makes more sense than starting with a sales pitch.
You get a clearer picture of your business online. I get a chance to introduce Elevated Ideas. Review the findings yourself, share them with your current marketing company, or have us help with the next steps. No sneaky invoice. No required meeting.
